URGENT: FOOD DONATIONS NEEDED for the Ecumenical Food Closet

We have been told they are OUT OF CEREAL!

All non-perishable items appreciated. Here are just some other suggestions:

  • prepared foods in cans or packages
  • carton milk
  • canned vegetables (potato and spinach)
  • beans (black, kidney, cannellini)

THE GIVING TREE: Pick a Mitten with a wish that you can fulfill!

Pick a Mitten (or two), wrap your gift with the mitten attached and bring to church by DECEMBER 10th.
The gifts are for individuals that are currently housed at House of Hope, are homeless or are living in their car(s). One person is a paraplegic and another is disabled. There is also a Service Dog with a Wish Mitten. Thank you for supporting this wonderful project. Contact Gail Anderson if you have any questions.

HOLIDAY FOOD CARDS: Over $1,000 in food cards were distributed!

We were able to deliver $1,080 in food cards to Edgewood Highlands, Wyman, Oakland Beach, Norwood, Rhodes and House of Hope. And another $50 to Bain School’s Multi Language Learners program’s annual Thanksgiving Feast. Thank you for your continued generosity! Thank you Nancy D, Nancy P, Barbara and Rob for delivering the cards so quickly.
